A call long overdue

I'm of two minds on this. I definitely disagreed with BJ's interracial marriage policy. Yet, to what degree should we be held responsible for the bad decisions of our parents?
I definitely understand the sentiment and struggled with the idea myself. But I don't think we're talking about just a "bad decision of a parent." It was an institutional decision. And many of the people who were in charge of that decision are still in the same or similar positions.
